Samples for random inspections should be randomly selected from products to be sold in the market or in the finished product warehouse of the enterprise.

In addition, the article also pointed out that due to the occurrence of safety problems such as Tesla's brake failure, it has caused great harm to social security. Before the cause of the accident is found out, the relevant competent authorities should order Tesla to immediately suspend production and sales for rectification to ensure road traffic safety and eliminate public panic.
